| Terms and Conditions:- The Photographic Competition is open to all. All photographs received will be assigned a unique number and then passed onto our independent judge, a local photographer. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Submission of an entry will be taken to mean acceptance of these terms and conditions. Please ensure that if your photograph includes children that they are your own children or that you have their parent's permission for the photograph to be used in this competition, and thus used by the Pocket Park Committee. Photographs must have been taken in 2011. Photographs must be taken in the Pocket Park. Entrance into the Photographic Competition means that you give the Pocket Park Committee permission to use your photograph for promotion purposes such as the Pocket Park website. All photographs submitted must be the work of the individual submitting them and free of any copyright. Photographs will not be accepted into the competition if they are deemed inappropriate. The Pocket Park Committee will not return any photos. The winning entry will be judged to be the most visually appealing and original. |
